Rebirth

Well I finally have gotten the chance to finish this. It's probably not at the greatest but there's just the moment you have to "call it" on a photo and move to something else. I really enjoyed my practice on this and now looking forward to more exciting things. I have another pheonix picture in the works in my mind atm.
This is what I've been wanting to post for New Years. I thought it was fitting.
Started out as a traditional sketch. Scanned. Outlinned. Painted. :] I'm trying real hard to find my style and technique so any comments/critiques are welcomed. Thank you.
